Logistics Planning & Tracking
We built a platform to integrate logistics data from multiple sources. Through custom ETLs, we collected and organized data about drivers, trucks, trailers, travel events, and companies. Users manually planned trips, assigned drivers, and managed logistics resources through a simple web interface. Once planned, the system synchronized data with Firebase APIs for mobile app access. Additionally, the platform received real-time updates, allowing users to track trip statuses and resources live, greatly improving resource management and simplifying logistics coordination.
Driver & Operator Apps
We developed a mobile solution for drivers and logistics managers to manage daily operations, stay connected, and access critical information on the go. The app allows users to assign and accept jobs, track trips in real time, clock work hours, view financials like settlements and expenses, manage documents, and even rent trailers. It includes full offline support, so key features remain available even without connectivity. Behind the scenes, Firebase Cloud Functions and Pub/Sub were used to sync app data with other systems, ensuring seamless integration across the entire logistics ecosystem. This app empowered users with greater visibility, autonomy, and real-time coordination throughout their operations.
